All Rates are Non-negotiable.  Sadly, due to all the No/Call No/Shows this past summer, am forced to implement a deposit when booking an appointment.  The deposit is $100 and will go directly toward ensuring we have a safe and secure place to meet.  The deposit must be made when booking the appointment.  Without a deposit I will not be able to hold the time for you.  If I have to cancel I will promptly return deposit to you OR you may choose to apply the deposit to a future appointment.  If you must cancel and it is too late for me to cancel room reservation, your deposit is forfeited.  Any No/Call No/Shows will not be able to re-book and deposit will be forfeited.  Thank you for understanding.
